Terms of Service
Agreement
These terms govern your use of HTML5ANDCSS3.org. By using the site or creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
- One person, one account. Do not share your login.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Acceptable Use
The editor and practice workspace run real code. You must not use them to:
- Attack, scan or overload this site or any other system.
- Host or distribute malware, phishing pages or illegal material.
- Mine cryptocurrency or otherwise abuse visitors' devices.
- Store or share someone else's personal data.
- Bypass access controls, paywalls or usage limits.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the code and text you create here. By creating a share link you allow us to store and serve that content to people holding the link. You are responsible for what you submit, and we may remove content that breaks these terms.
Free Trial
New learners get a one-off free trial of the practice workspace. The trial starts the first time you use practice, not when you register, and it can be claimed only once per verified email address.
Paid Plans and Billing
- Plans are offered as a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription, priced in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payment is taken by Razorpay. We never receive your card or bank details.
- A monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, and can be cancelled at any time from your account.
- Cancelling stops future charges. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Only one discount applies to a purchase; coupons are not combined with each other or with promotional pricing.
- We may change prices for future purchases and renewals. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
Questions About a Lesson
The one-time plan includes a question you can ask about a lesson, answered by a person. Monthly subscriptions do not include it.
- One question per one-time purchase, plus up to three follow-ups within that same question.
- Questions must be about the content of a lesson on this site.
- It does not cover debugging your own project, reviewing your production code, or completing assignments and take-home tests for you.
- We aim to answer within two working days. That is a target, not a guarantee, and answering may take longer during holidays or absence.
- An answer may include a short walk-through video where that is clearer than text.
- We may decline or close a question that falls outside this scope, or that is abusive.
- Unused questions have no cash value and are not refundable on their own.
So other learners benefit from the same explanation, we may publish an answer on the relevant lesson in anonymised form, with your name, email address and any personal details removed.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Certificates
Certificates confirm completion of a tutorial and its assessment on this site. They are not an accredited qualification. We may withdraw a certificate obtained by cheating or by abusing the platform.
Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or withdraw features, and may carry out maintenance without notice. Where a paid feature is withdrawn entirely, we will offer a fair remedy for the unused part of your plan.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version is always on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
